about the muscle milk, i lost 20lbs. ver fast...about 1mo. well, its a meal replacement if you wanna lose weight. i have in the morning as breakfast and blend it with whole or 2% milk, and i add some fruit or a little oatmeal. then around 7-8pm but after the biggest meAL OF THE DAY, YOU NEED TO EAT LOW FAT FOOD LIKE WHOLE WHEAT, GRAINS CHICKEN, G.BEEF, FISH, ALL THE GOODIES. AND OF COURSE A SNACK ISNT BAD AS LONG AS ITS NOT CHOCOLATE, DONT GO ALL CRAZY.OOPS SORRY MY CAPS WENT ON ACCIDENTLY.

nuts are really fatty though. 1 cup of nuts has like most of the fats u need in a day

i think im a pretty good size.. im 5'5, and 110 pounds and 13... i have never stuck to a diet in my life... but i think that has to do something with eating right... 4 example i chew every single tinny little thing and i chew kinda slowly.. also im in love with salad.... and i think people should know that having salad is good but its the worst to have it with ranch....(look it up) i eat my salad with lemon juice olive oil... or Vinegar and some salt yum

That is what I am doing currently. I drink loads of water. If this is a little too much info I am sorry, ahah *YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*.It is nice to pee clear and not yellow. ahaha yellow usually means your dehydrated or not having enough clean water. Sugar free gum does the trick also, like 10 calories and it would keep you entertained and busy. Water and gum help me keep refreshed. If you out of sugar or water in your system your not going to be 100%.

According to the BMI calculator, you are actually overweight bordering on obesity. Maybe you should recheck your philosophy because even if you eat very little a day but all that food are junk, you WILL gain weight.
