Although your sarcastic remark says a lot about you and your beliefs ...... I'll clarify it.Diabetes is not caused by a diet of fat and protein levels found in natural food. It's more likely caused by eating a dis-proportionate amount of those.Diabetes has been improved by:Raw dietsVery low fat diets.

on your topic of media and diet.... i am intermittent fasting on food for 19 hours a day with a 5 hour eating window....perhaps you should look into doing a video of fasting on other things? like fasting from Television or fasting from internet or alcohol or other devious things that degrade quality of life???great videos by the way

Excellent reflections. As you're using palaeolithic arguments, I'd have to add that all sorts of flour, whole grain or not, are simply not food for humans. It's unnatural for us, because we have been eating it for a very short time, our bodies are not customized for it.

Brought up Psychetruth. It's a shame they actively engage in comment censoring while promoting snake oil. I used to watch their videos a lot but those two naturopaths are complete nuts and a discredit to intellectually honest practitioners. Though the nutritionist makes up for it, yes indeed.
