dude 5"3 ur preaty good off i weigh 142 but i workout every day lifting weights and im in great shape i can run about 7 miles none stop im just watching this to help my uncle out to lose weight but ur good off

This is a great workout, doing it made me realize just how out of shape I am! I just have one question. On the other 4 days a week when you are not suppose to be doing this what do you suggest for exercise? I want to be in the habit of working out every day but don't want to over work myself.
