ww really work's . it's a whole lifestyle change. not just a temprary diet. my 50 year old aunt just lost over 100 pounds and has kept it off for a while. good luck to you!!! WE CAN DO IT!!! YEA!!!!!!

ok honey i am WITH you! i am trying top lose weight as well, I have gained like 30 pounds in the last year, and we are only young ONCE so we gotta look good while we can RIGHT?!? ;) ok so as far as excersice goes i do the elliptical Machine on the "weight loss program" for 30 minutes a day. the machine will alternates between high and low resistance. And trust me the first few times you will feel like you are going to DIE.

Well done and everything but i probably would have been more impressed if you done it the proper way. Your choice and there may have been good reasons, but personally i dont think surgery should be the answer to everything.
