How To Set Weight Loss Goals?

I started ona weight loss program, Reset, from Usana Health, and had to curb my carbohydrate cravings, introduced low GI diet products, nutrition and a fitness training program in week 1. Now I am feeling so good with actually resting my carbohydrate cravings. Yes I did indulged on the 6 and 7th day with a beer and some spicy Indian food but other than that have stuck to the diet of eating healthy. I am now about to start the Phase 1 of the diet that allows me to introduce one low GI meal a day into my diet.
