What happens when you tried atkins before and lost a lot of weight, but now when you try it, the scale won't budge one pound. I gained most of my weight back. What if nothing will help the scale move? I am on a strict diet with very minimally processed foods if any - no chemicals, sugar, grains, corn, potatoes, or dairy. I've tried eating more, I've tried eating less. I work out 10-15 hours per week with cardio and weights, I eat healthy fats, veggies, fruits, and lean meats. No results at all

i like this guy alot. he can help explain alot of complicated stuff, and make it seem like something you could possibly do. and plus i like what he does with his right eyebrow :)

Green tea can also help you lose weight do the research. Seans right everyone has there own genetic chemitry and which diet is might for you.

I'm a big believer in tailoring your diet according to your body type. Buy Eric Berg's book "The 7 Principles of Fat Burning".Sean, could you please elaborate on the "types" you're talking about?

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFOi don't like it. it frightens me.

my body feels hyper and i feel realy happy and my insides feel refreshed and clean when i eat vegies and fruits :) really appreciate this man! prepared mentally and fisicaly!

Wow thanks again! I guess eating tuna fish and lettuce all the time isn't what my body wants... I couldn't figure why I wasn't losing weight and how eating something as light as that could make me feel tired and sleepy.... |
