I have a question that I hope someone can answer for me.I've heard some people say that for the best results you have to drink organic green tea & it matter what kind you should drink & also should you add sugar to it or sweeter please someone help me.

The sugar is just going to create more fat. While you might get a sugar buzz and burn more calories, you're going to retain even more calories when you come off the buzz. I don't recommend adding sugar to your tea for weight loss.

Definitely! I heard that an infusion of green tea gives you only 15 to 20% of the benefits of the leaves. Adding the plant itself to the drink gives you a 100% of the plant benefits since you eat the whole plant instead of a mere infusion. I use Matcha powder which is green tea leaves in powder that I add to hot water. The taste is stronger, but so are the benefits!! |
