Hehe, I just did a video on this pimping Biggly without the simple check of seeing if other videos already cover this. Now I see there's loads of them *sigh8. But yes, dude's talking sense. You hit bodyfat levels below 10% it gets tough but still possible and for most people it's easy.

If you're eating mad calories, working out and gaining muscle but not fat, you are doing great.

Man i walk like everyday and am still fat.. matter afact i walk a quite distance around the city i live in, so do you think it's probably the foods i'm eating, becuase realy i will eat alot of diffrent things with a high sugar level(poweraide/energy drinks) ect.. which probably add on weight.. plus i eat bad to like alot of bread and such, and can i drink as much water as possible?

Muscle is synthesized (or made) from protein so we don't need tons of extra calories. We can even run a calorie deficit and still build muscle because we eat more than enough protein and the extra energy comes from body fat. Only when somebody has very little body fat AND that have reached their full muscular potential does it become difficult to build muscle and lose body fat.

This is why we have athletes and weightlifters who stay skinny and still are strong(they don't eat enough as they progress in weight). or is this meant to only work with people who have a lot of fat to be used as energy. even still i feel like if you eat few enough calories to have that fat burn, you def won't be taking in enough to build onto your body... i think it is one or the other but hey I could be wrong thats why i am here askin :D

I'm not sure if i fully agree. I have always thought that in order to gain weight be it muscle or fat that you need to eat more calories then ur body needs(burns). Thus the only way to lose fat is to eat less calories and the only way to gain muscle is to eat more. (both in addition to exercise of course)
