Water, daily execerise, water, only eating one portion of dinner, water, eating healthy snacks - pref fruit, water, remembering to have fun while exercising, and oh yeah, water...That's a very healthy and not too demoralizing way to loose weight. Might not be the fastest, but those insane diets are not healthy.Wish you the best of luck, I'm sure you'll get to your goal :)

i watched the first few seconds of this video with the sound off and had no trouble understanding what you were saying. im not sure if its a good or bad thing but it's easy to see what youre saying=]

Hey just wanted to say that you are strikingly beautiful! I did weight watchers a year ago and I regret stopping it and not remaining on a healthy diet or lifestyle but hey things happen. Your videologue has inspired me to keep motivated and start the program up again.
