The contestants on the Biggest Loser works out for 3 hours a day, and consume 1000-1200 calories/a day. Also with conjunction with the comment of "kodieN7". So they are really pushing themselves hard! Also the more you weigh the easier it is for you to lose weight at first. That's why it's hard sometimes for people to lose their last 5-15lbs. You really have to apply yourself! I lost 50lbs. in a year and have 50 more to go! Find something that works for you and stick to it! Don't get discouraged |
