lol, i'm doing so bad. Not using my abs at all I think, but I'm going to do this every morning, so I hope it will get better!

I still don´t really understand how that ´imprinting´ works (what she is talking about from 0:16 till 00:55 . Is it kind of pulling your belly in, so you get a slimmer belly?

@dolltwin It only hurts because you abs are weak. You are using your neck to get up instead of your abs. Just keep trying and later your neck won't hurt. When I first started ab work my neck hurt. Later my abs got strong enough that my neck didn't hurt anymore

I especially felt the first couple in my abs. I've been doing theater all summer so I haven't been able to exercise other than walking to the bus stop and running around for entrances (as well as doing some stretching in during breakts). This is a really great morning exercise.

this is amazing, I've been doing it for three months now, every day for 30 minutes (No cheating!!!) and the results are just AMAZING! The my body looks now gave me so much confidence. |
