OMG! Get your vitamins (chewable and fruity) from Bariatric Advantage. You are so nice and helpful. Hope you get out of that hell hole :)O I think all of us have had a "normal depression". But, every day life gets better...thats for the advice...only 13 days out!

Do you still have to take the Centrum? There's this thing you can probably order on line that they use at nursing homes called the "Pill Pulverizer". It's just a simple plastic device that grind pills into fine powder.
